PwC says AI has the potential to create 7.2 million jobs by 2037. So the revolutionary technology would actually leave the UK in the black, in terms of employment.

AI could kill 25% of factory jobs in the UK by 2037, but add 22% in health and social work

The job losses would happen mostly in manufacturing, financial services, and retail. Meanwhile, millions of jobs would be created in sectors like education, social work, and health.
