UBS, Citigroup, and Goldman Sachs, among others, are moving to Frankfurt, which is both the financial capital of Germany and the seat of the European Central Bank.
So much interest from financial institutions is squeezing the real estate market in Frankfurt. There is a shortage of large office spaces in the city center.
